Cancellation: All cancellation or amendment must be made in written notice or e-mail to us with our acknowledgement within

*cancellation is made within 7 days of arrival date during Low Season

*cancellation is made within 14 days of arrival date during High Season

*cancellation is made within 30 days prior an Arrival Date

No show and Late arrival: 100% charge of the total number of room{s} reserved will be charged for any No Show reservation. In case of Early Checkout, notice should be received by the resort at least 24 hours prior, or the booking company will be held responsible for a 100% charge of the total number of room{s} reserved.

Late Cancellation and Early Check Out Policy

Low season: will be charge 1 night

High season and Peak season: will be charge 2 nights
